Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Project Management process-driving the successful implementation of software that powers government and empowers communities.
- Lead multiple ERP projects, balancing scope, budget, timelines, and client expectations to ensure software implementations meet our high standards.
- Creating project plans and leading status meetings to managing resources and tracking KPIs
- Using our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, you'll monitor real-time data, track milestones, and ensure your projects stay on course and under budget.
- Drive change management strategies, optimize delivery workflows, and continually look for process improvements that enhance the implementation process for our clients.
- Lead through the full project life cycle-initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing-with a commitment to excellence that reflects our company culture.
