Requirements
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Basic understanding of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with collaboration tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, resource allocation, and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures
- Track and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
