GCI is looking to solve hard problems in the areas of Data Analytics and Software Development, Engineering, Targeting and Analysis, Operations, Training, and Cyber Operations by leveraging technological expertise of its workforce to meet critical mission requirements
Requirements
- Experience with technologies/domains: 3D Printing and Design
- Experience with technologies/domains: Software development
- Experience with technologies/domains: Cybersecurity
- Prior experience with designing and building, either through coursework or personal projects
- Experience with technologies/domains such as: Artificial Intelligence (i.e., Machine Learning, Generative AI, etc)
- Experience with technologies/domains such as: Cloud Architecture, Development, and/or Administration
- Experience with scripting (i.e., Bash, Powershell, Python)
Responsibilities
- Performs technical tasks in support of engineering, information systems, or related technical operations.
- Collaborate with the RF Systems team to design, develop, and test applications, modules, and components.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute ideas for enhancing product functionality and usability.
- Conduct thorough research on emerging technologies to stay updated with industry trends.
- Work closely with senior engineers and mentors to learn and apply RF Systems methodologies and techniques.
- Support the team in various RF Systems tasks.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Other
- Must be a currently enrolled full-time college student, at least returning for the Fall 2026 semester
- Majors in Physics, Electrical Engineering or other similar degree programs strongly preferred
- 3.0 GPA+ preferred
- Must be interested in and eligible to obtain a Top Secret US Government Clearance
- Candidates with an existing clearance preferred
