Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance by aiming to make excellent healthcare affordable and attainable for everyone. The Provider Team needs to connect Sidecar Health members to their healthcare providers and ensure they have access to affordable healthcare options.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly gather and analyze large amounts of data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of quality in your work
Responsibilities
- Support members in accessing affordable healthcare by researching provider prices for your assigned market and/or service domain
- Develop an expert understanding of all providers and pricing within your designated service area, staying current with industry changes and trends
- Create comprehensive provider guides for your assigned market, including details on provider specialties, certifications, and pricing information
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and provider specialists by offering relevant information and data to support informed decision-making and exceptional customer service
