Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with deep expertise architecting & implementing cloud storage & compute technologies in AWS or GCP.
- Proven track record of engineering leadership, defining technical vision & strategy for cloud storage & compute virtualization at scale
- Experience architecting and engineering large scale, multi-cloud well architected solutions.
- Proactive approach to automation and infrastructure quality, with proven experience with Terraform, Terratest and BDD-style frameworks.
- Agile and DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with Agile Development, DevOps, and SRE practices.
- Advanced, proven industry experience in one or more with AWS/GCP
- Deploying and managing compute & storage resources in Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Own the public cloud com services strategy and its execution, enabling Citi's secure and enterprise-scale adoption of public cloud.
- Provide technical authority for all foundational services.
- Lead and grow a team of deeply technical cloud specialists and full-stack software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive client satisfaction and business value by identifying and developing process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Establish partnerships across the broader Citi technology landscape to align with business growth initiatives and priorities.
- Define measurable success criteria and routinely assess service availability and reliability.
- Drive compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulations, always assessing risk with Citi's reputation, clients, and assets in mind.
