Requirements
- Conduct qualitative analysis (such as identifying themes, inconsistencies, priorities, key issues, technology requirements, training needs, and other topics) from a variety of inputs, including client interviews, strategy and policy documents, and literature reviews
- Conduct quantitative analysis (such as budget trend analysis and forecasting, survey data analysis, developing cost estimates, benchmarking a client against other governmental industry data) from a variety of inputs, including surveys, budget documents, and literature reviews
