Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Punchh platform is highly preferred.
- Proficient in APIs, and system integrations.
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of loyalty and engagement programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy the Punchh platform to align with the client’s loyalty and engagement program objectives.
- Customize platform features to meet specific business requirements.
- Perform thorough testing of the platform to identify and resolve issues before go-live.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues post-deployment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide feedback to the Punchh development team for future improvements.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
- Gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with the client’s goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to internal teams and customers.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of the Punchh platform.
