Sphere is looking for a Python Backend Developer to build and optimize scalable backend services for an AI-powered influencer discovery and advertising placement platform. This platform requires efficient search, data interactions, and integrations with external systems.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Python for building scalable backend systems.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).
- Proficiency in working with JSON data structures and APIs.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration within backend systems is a plus.
- Experience in designing high-performance, distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Handle structured/unstructured data and implement efficient JSON-based data flows.
- Work on AWS cloud services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems.
- Integrate and optimize AI-driven components within the backend architecture.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions to avoid duplicate backend implementations (Python-first approach).
