Infosys is seeking a Python Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, delivering high-quality code and supporting implementation activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of development experience in maintaining high-quality software using Python programming language
- In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch.
- At least 2 years of development experience on SQL Server.
- 2 years of development experience on PL/SQL Database.
Responsibilities
- interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design
- play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts
- deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
- lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
