Akkodis is seeking a Python Developer to support regulatory capital reporting and migrate to a strategic platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Python development, with 4+ years in big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of data-intensive applications.
- Experience with SQL programming, preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining applications to support regulatory capital reporting, ensuring compliance with Basel rules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and migrate to a scalable and sustainable capital reporting platform.
- Writing optimized and efficient Python code for data processing, performance tuning, and system integration.
- Implementing data source elements and business logic for calculating risk-weighted assets and generating Basel rules-based capital ratios.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and perform performance profiling for data-intensive applications.
- Ensuring high-quality code through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
