Infosys is seeking a Python Lead Developer to enable digital transformation for clients in a global delivery model
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of projects in Python, especially Python server-side backend programming
- good understanding of OOPS concepts
- strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting
- strong knowledge in RESTful APIs, Data structures, Algorithms, Collections, Multi-threading and memory management and concurrency
- sound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices
- experience in Big data ecosystem using Hadoop, Spark, Scala using Python packages and libraries for large scale data
Responsibilities
- interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
- research on technologies independently
- recommend appropriate solutions
- contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- at least 4 years of Information Technology experience
