Clayton is looking to ensure the overall quality of their homes by conducting comprehensive inspections within designated areas, identifying and resolving quality issues in the production process.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, IPADs
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and expectations includingeBuilt, QBuiltstandards, DAPIA and CCI’s.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read floor plans and production order to ensure that operations meet production standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct QBuiltinspection of our homes in the designated zones to the required standards.
- Document findings during the inspection using available technology.
- Communicate to management when opportunities are identifiedand help resolve the opportunity.
- Communicate and work closely with production leadership and team members during the inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in their zones.
- Help establish and document Absolutes of Craftmanship standards based on feedback from Customers and Retailers.

- 6 Months experience in manufactured housing industry is preferred.
