Keeper Security is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of their enterprise-grade applications, specifically focusing on the Admin Console and backend systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience testing enterprise web applications and backend systems
- Experience with API validation and testing tools such as Postman or similar
- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
- Experience setting up and managing testing environments for desktop and mobile platforms
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility testing and performance assessment
- Understanding of enterprise network operations, including Active Directory, LDAP, and identity management solutions
- Hands-on experience with enterprise operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Windows Server
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing of web-based console applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance standards are met
- Configure and utilize testing tools to validate backend APIs and frontend web applications
- Manage and document test cases, test plans, and testing activities using Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
- Develop and maintain testing environments for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to identify, document, and resolve defects and bottlenecks
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes prior to release
- Assess product performance and scalability in enterprise environments, providing feedback for optimization
