Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software or game testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Xray, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience with mobile or web-based games or apps
- Experience in environments where mistakes have serious business consequences
- Understanding of software development and QA methodologies
- Familiarity with risk assessment and test prioritization
Responsibilities
- Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
- Document and track issues using bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA) from discovery through resolution
- Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early
- Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts
- Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries
- Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest process improvements
