Requirements
- Solid experience with manual testing techniques such as functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.
- Strong documentation skills for writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and database testing (including proficiency with SQL).
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features.
- Create detailed, well-organized test cases and execute them to verify the functionality of the product.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and design to review project requirements, provide input during the testing phase, and ensure alignment on quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results.
- Contribute insights to enhance testing processes, documentation standards, and workflows.
- Advocate for quality in every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Other
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably working with healthcare-related software, particularly in rehab therapy or similar domains.
- Exceptional ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in software and provide actionable feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
