Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce developer console and the ability to query backend SF data
- APIs and integration testing with external systems
- Understanding how data is structured and managed within Salesforce
- Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and related objects
- Documenting and communicating defects with developers and analysts
- Basic knowledge of test tools and test case management
- Intermediate knowledge of computer operating systems
Responsibilities
- Design and execute tests on computer applications and systems to ensure they meet customer stories and requirements
- Analyze the results, identify issues, and validate solutions to technical problems
- Translate acceptance criteria into functional test cases to ensure all requirements are met
- Develop comprehensive and relevant test cases that cover various scenarios, including positive, negative, and regression cases
- Process test files and analyze test results
- Perform day to day execution of test or regression cases/scripts; document results, log and retest defects
- Develop, review, load and maintain test plans, test cases/scripts and test directories within test tool
Other
- High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study
- 1 year of experience in computer technology and/or information systems
- Strong analytical skills to support independent and effective decisions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with multiple priorities, sometimes under limited time constraints
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationship with others
