Legendary is looking for a QA Analyst (Salesforce/ERP) to ensure the quality and usability of our solutions across Salesforce and ERP/SCM platforms.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or ERP/SCM systems (procurement, logistics, inventory, or order management).
- Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Playwright.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases against delivered Salesforce and ERP/SCM features.
- Validate that user stories meet acceptance criteria and align with diverse business processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear feedback to the delivery team.
- Create end-user documentation, release notes, and training materials (including videos).
- Support and sometimes deliver customer training sessions to ensure adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and QA peers to improve testing coverage and process efficiency.
Other
- 2–4 years of experience in QA, business systems testing, or product support.
- Strong ability to understand, enter, and document diverse business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for making technical outcomes clear to non-technical users.
- Hours are 8:30am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday.
