Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is looking to achieve operational excellence through a strong and effective Quality Assurance Program, specifically in the areas of residential mortgage loans, commercial loans, and deposit accounts.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of requirements for lending and deposit product compliance, processes, and controls.
- Experience with QA tools, workflow systems, and banking platforms (e.g., Calyx Path, Black Knight, HMDA Wiz, Wholesale Intelligence (WI), Q2, Fiserv, Archer eGRC)
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a robust first line of defense Quality Assurance review program for banking operations areas with an emphasis on mortgage loans, commercial loans, deposit accounts, consumer compliance, and data integrity.
- Supervise and mentor a team of QA Analysts: Set goals aligned with department strategies, assign and review work, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Manage day-to-day Quality Assurance review activities including sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and product guidelines.
- Leverage QA results and trend data to identify Muda, drive operational improvements, enhance controls, and improve customer experience across banking operations.
- Ensure operational readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory exams through thorough documentation of QA results, review of procedures, and issues tracking.
- Work closely with the bank’s Operations, Controls, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Product Management teams to resolve QA and audit/exam findings and implement corrective actions.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Self-starter with the ability to challenge and influence, build trusted relationships, deal constructively with conflict, problem solve/troubleshoot issues for themselves and others, and adapt to an environment involving multiple and simultaneous deliverables
- Compliance or Risk Management related certification coursework such as CRCM, CRVMP, CRM
