DUAL North America is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to play a critical role in their digital transformation efforts, helping to streamline processes and improve policy management systems by ensuring the quality and reliability of their insurance platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA automation, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Skilled in programming with C.
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG.
  • Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadView or LoadRunner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the automation framework and testing processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation.
