Requirements
- 2-5 years of manual and automated QA experience with strong test design and execution skills
- Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, or similar
- Proficiency with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar for automation and integrations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Strong interest and willingness to explore AI/ML tools for QA processes
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform manual QA testing by reviewing Jira user stories and acceptance criteria, designing and maintaining test cases in Zephyr or equivalent tools
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify issues and ensure product quality
- Document defects thoroughly, track them in Jira, and collaborate with developers and product teams to facilitate prompt resolution
- Develop and automate repetitive test cases using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Research and implement AI-powered QA tools for test case generation, self-healing scripts, visual validation, synthetic data creation, and defect prediction
- Assess and identify opportunities to replace manual testing with automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency
- Work closely with developers and product managers to 'shift left' testing, enabling earlier detection of issues in the development lifecycle
