Deluxe Corporation is looking to solve the problem of creating enduring products for their financial services clients by hiring a qualified candidate to work directly with business to gather information and bring it back to Developers regarding products.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in API/Web services-based infrastructure
• Experience with JAVA and Selenium
• Experience with issue/defect tracking and change management tools such as JIRA

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business to gather information and bring it back to Developers regarding products
• Manage all communication to business leaders regarding changes, enhancements, marketing and ideas to add to product
• Test all products at completion and fix bugs if possible or send to developers
• Responsible to schedule release and train
• Create and automate QA test cases
• Track all bugs in projects, fix or passed to developer to fix
• Create training documentation and guides for end users

Other

• Bachelors in Computer Science and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
