Requirements
- Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Selenium Java, Cucumber, JUnit, JARVIS, UFT, Parasoft SOA, JMeter, AccelQ, SOAP UI, Postman, Python
- Solid understanding of the telecommunications domain, including routing mechanisms of Telephone Numbers and Toll-Free Numbers
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret test results and resolve complex issues
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing principles
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive QA planning, coordination, and execution across multiple projects
- Conduct manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify product requirements and address testing-related questions or issues
- Serve as a user advocate within the engineering team to enhance user experience and satisfaction
- Implement QA metrics, including benchmarking and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Other
- Consulting Level Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Typically 6+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading and motivating testing teams, providing mentorship and guidance
- Flexible remote working arrangements within the United States
