Lamb Weston is looking to ensure product quality is monitored and tested in compliance with established procedures, specifications, and instructions to provide accurate information for decision-making, ensuring proper and consistent quality for their customers.
Requirements
- Must be able to read specifications and Standard Operating Procedures in English.
- Must be able to complete Quality Assurance paperwork in the time required.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using a calculator.
- Must be able to calculate mathematical averages and percentages using a calculator.
- Must know or have the ability to learn internal computer programs for the QA Lab.
- Must be able to meet sensory demands of tasting, smelling, feeling, and seeing.
Responsibilities
- Perform finished product sampling duties and testing as described in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Reports quality related problems to the Production Supervisor, QA Lab Lead, and QA Manager, as appropriate.
- Analyze data and trend situations.
- Properly record out-of-grade situations.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation of test results.
- Communicate with QA Lab Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure all specifications are controlled.
- Perform other functions as directed by the QA Lab Lead, or QA Manager.

- Must be able to communicate using a 2-way radio.
