Akkodis is seeking a Qlik Data Engineer to design and automate scalable data ingestion pipelines and implement optimized data models for efficient storage and retrieval for a client in Raleigh, NC
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Qlik tools (Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, Qlik Sense) and strong proficiency in SQL for data integration and transformation
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS cloud services, along with knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling techniques
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Qlik tools (Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose) for batch and real-time data processing
- Automate data ingestion and application reloads using Qlik Automate or scripting (e.g., Python) to improve efficiency
- Implement and optimize data models in Snowflake schema for efficient storage and retrieval
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, ensuring performance and resolving bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions
- Ensure data quality and governance by implementing validation frameworks and compliance measures
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in data engineering and Qlik platform development
