Brown & Brown is seeking to enhance and extend features and functions of existing internal Applications
Requirements
- Expertise in QlikSense development, including data modeling and NPrinting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (stored procedures, functions, triggers, query optimization)
- Familiarity with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS)
- Exposure to AI tools and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Qlik applications, including data modeling, web/database integrations, and NPrinting
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Establish frameworks and patterns for delivering business intelligence and reporting
- Optimize existing Qlik solutions for improved performance and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, documentation, and system deployment
- Mentor team members on best practices and Qlik tool usage
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry
