TQI Solutions seeks a Data Analyst to support high-visibility data initiatives within the Department of the Navy, driving impactful solutions for clients through data-driven decision-making and dashboard visualizations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, including data load editor functionality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL and Python, with demonstrated ability to write and interpret queries and scripts.
- Familiarity with data engineering and data architecture principles, including ETL processes and data model creation for optimized performance.
- Experience in front-end development preferred.
- Proficiency in data science and visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau).
- Experience with user interface design, Databricks, and Trifacta.
Responsibilities
- Support agile software development for dashboard visualizations and data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with users to gather requirements, estimate work efforts, design, code, and test dashboards, and conduct database queries.
- Translate complex functional requirements and user needs into clear technical specifications; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Utilize Python and SQL to run queries, perform statistical analysis, and execute advanced analytics activities within Databricks.
- Develop and maintain data models integrating multiple data sources to ensure efficient reporting and visualization.

- This position requires candidates to be United States citizens, exclusively due to the mandated security clearance requirements associated with our federal contract.
- The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
