Requirements
- Qlik Sense Developer
- expert in one or more areas of business intelligence, financial analysis and modeling, clinical outcomes, operational improvement, statistics, software applications, and scripting languages.
Responsibilities
- Providing actionable information to stakeholders throughout the organization that assists in the achievement of strategic goals.
- Providing effective presentation of useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources and the accurate and appropriate interpretation of the data.
- Create the analytics, but can also take the lead, interpret the metrics and articulate how this impacts Baptist Health.
- Develop focused and informative analyses to assist in the maximization of operational improvements.
- Sharing best practices and developing the skills and knowledge of others in the department.

- residency in KY or IN
- BS or equivalent degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Clinical Informatics, or related field plus at least 7 years of experience
