Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is looking to develop solutions and provide identification/fixing of problems within existing software, design/implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing applications for the FDA, specifically focusing on safety surveillance and adverse event data analysis.
Requirements
- A minimum of two (2) years of Qlik Sense experience with of preference for five (5) years of experience building BI applications.

- Multi-Tier QVD Strategy: Architect and implement comprehensive QVD strategies with incremental loading patterns using ID/timestamp watermarking techniques to ensure efficient data processing and optimal performance
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards and scheduled reports that power safety surveillance across FDA centers.
- Transform complex adverse event data into actionable business intelligence solutions that support regulatory oversight and public health protection initiatives.
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and other database systems to create performant analytics solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform Qlik Sense based development for generating dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Supports software upgrades for QlikSense through dashboard updates and custom development.
- Implements dashboard refresh mechanisms from multiple sources through use of manual QVD file refreshes or through database refreshes.
- Designs, develops, tests, and evaluates software and systems that enable computers to perform their applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Exposure and experience in working on EPLC projects is preferred.
- Experience FDA technical environments is highly preferred.
- Bachelor Degree (B.S.) in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum of nine (9) years of Software development experience.
- This position interacts with the PM’s, IT teams and levels of management, must be able to drive and influence client requests, and will be responsible for aligning analysis in support of goals and project deliverables that affect client and project deadlines.
