Credit Genie is looking for an enthusiastic Qualitative UX Researcher to help gather valuable customer insights while developing their research capabilities through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct phone interviews and conversations with customers to gather feedback and understand their experiences with our products.
Assist in organizing and supporting user sessions, focus groups, and usability tests under the guidance of senior team members.
Build rapport with diverse customer groups to encourage honest, detailed feedback.
Learn to document customer interactions and identify patterns in customer feedback.
Shadow experienced researchers to develop qualitative research skills and methodologies.
Work closely with Product and Analytics teams to understand how customer insights inform product decisions.
Help prepare research summaries and contribute to presentations of findings.
Other
0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, or similar positions requiring strong communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
