- Ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by accurately processing and validating warranty claims
- Supporting the review of part failure analysis
- Managing requests for service parts lists and technical manuals
- Streamlining collaboration by organizing and distributing key data across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Other ad hoc projects to support both corporate and plant-level quality initiatives
