Link Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are met in the delivery of IT services and infrastructure support at Adelphi, MD
Requirements
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
- ITIL Foundations Certification.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing Quality Control Plans, including defining quality standards, metrics, and evaluation procedures across multiple service areas.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and inspections in compliance with Army regulations, PWS requirements, and industry best practices, with a focus on identifying and resolving deficiencies.
- Strong analytical skills in monitoring KPIs and SLAs, with a track record of delivering performance reports and driving continuous service improvement.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation, with experience leading quality initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure compliance with PWS requirements, Army regulations, and best practices. Document findings and work with teams to address any non-conformities or deficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Provide regular reports to management on performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify potential risks to service quality and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure that risk management plans are effectively implemented.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading quality initiatives and training sessions. Encourage feedback and incorporate lessons learned into process enhancements.
- Work closely with delivery teams, including IT support, network administration, and systems management, to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to. Facilitate communication between teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a Quality Control Plan to ensure all contractual requirements are met.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including audit results, corrective actions, and process improvements. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for internal and external reviews.

- Must have an active DoD Security Clearance.
- Five (5+) years of relevant experience in a QC or QA role, particularly within IT or network environments.
- Must have a BA/BS Degree in computer sciences or information technology with two (2+) additional years of experience.
