Link Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are met in the delivery of IT services and infrastructure support, contributing to national security projects.

Requirements

  • Five (5+) years of relevant experience in a QC or QA role, particularly within IT or network environments.
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing Quality Control Plans, including defining quality standards, metrics, and evaluation procedures across multiple service areas.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits and inspections in compliance with Army regulations, PWS requirements, and industry best practices, with a focus on identifying and resolving deficiencies.
  • Strong analytical skills in monitoring KPIs and SLAs, with a track record of delivering performance reports and driving continuous service improvement.
  • Skilled in risk identification and mitigation, with experience leading quality initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quality assurance plans, conducting audits, and working closely with various technical teams to ensure that all services meet or exceed established performance standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure compliance with PWS requirements, Army regulations, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Identify potential risks to service quality and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with delivery teams, including IT support, network administration, and systems management, to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a Quality Control Plan to ensure all contractual requirements are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including audit results, corrective actions, and process improvements.

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active DoD Security Clearance.
  • Must have a BA/BS Degree in computer sciences or information technology with two (2+) additional years of experience.
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
