The business problem that AbbVie is looking to solve is to implement and manage an effective Quality System to support call center, pharmacy, and insurance hub operations, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and laws.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies including CAPA and risk analysis preferred.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing a Microsoft environment (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Good mathematics background with an understanding of basic statistical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions.
  • Experience with quality system management and implementation.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with audit and compliance management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Provides effective quality controls to support call center, pharmacy and insurance hub operations.
  • Monitors compliance with all AbbVie Complete Access policies and procedures in addition to all federal/state/local governmental and pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Evaluates, analyzes, and trends quality indicators, data, performance metrics and prepares daily/monthly reports of quality measurements.
  • Manage QA dashboards and databases as required to support the business.
  • Conducts investigations and provides timely resolutions to quality incidents and exception issues.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of corrective and preventative action plans.

Other

  • Bachelor degree required in a scientific or healthcare discipline or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality related or process improvement field.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Sound decision making and problem solving skills to drive business unit compliance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
