Responsibilities
Define, evolve, and champion the automation testing strategy across multiple product teams.
Partner with QA engineers and development teams to ensure alignment with frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Monitor and maintain test automation health metrics, ensuring consistent and reliable execution.
Work hands-on with automation tools including Selenium, Pydat, Parasoft, and other custom/internal frameworks.
Act as a liaison between the central QA organization and engineering/product crews, effectively communicating technical updates, metrics, and improvements.
Present QA health and test automation findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight
Architects and implements agile testing practices and tools.
