Apave America Inc. is seeking to support quality program operations with a detail-oriented and adaptable Quality Administrator
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital systems (e.g., document management, LMS platforms, internal tracking tools)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
- Experience working in NDT, industrial services, or similar regulated environments
- Ability to interpret compliance documentation and support cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive data
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized and traceable quality records in accordance with internal procedures and ISO 9001 requirements
- Track and verify technician qualification and certification records, ensuring compliance with governing Written Practices
- Support document control processes including updates, formatting, and storage
- Monitor digital platforms used for training records, document control, and audit tracking
- Input and verify technician qualification and training data in LMS or tracking systems
- Support quality-related metrics reporting through data gathering and record updates
- Assist in the preparation of documentation packages for audits, client submittals, and internal compliance needs
Other
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a technical, compliance, or operations support role
- Ability to sit and use computer systems for extended periods
- Ability to lift light office materials (up to 25 lbs)
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and critical thinking abilities
