Strengthen reporting and insights across Quality and Consumer Affairs worldwide to improve product quality and consumer delight
Requirements
- Basic ETL knowledge, understanding core concepts, and working with structured data (csv, json, etc.)
- Experience with data manipulation through Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (required)
- Strong data analysis skills; Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Basic understanding of programming languages related to data-handling and analysis (Python, R) (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, dbt, etc) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools
- Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business teams
- Own global reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of accurate reports to leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure data quality and integrity by managing robust ETL processes and monitoring data pipelines
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to optimize reporting tools, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements
- Stay current on data analytics best practices and emerging industry trends
Other
- 2–4 years in data analytics or reporting, preferably within consumer goods, quality, or CRM environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or related field
