Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review, document, and report on the contractor’s adherence to construction and material quality standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the contractor’s use of industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with contract and project documentation.
  • Oversee and report on coordination between the contractor and other contracted projects.
  • Conduct routine and scheduled inspections of the construction site.
  • Attend and document daily tailgate briefings conducted by the Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) contractor.
  • Maintain comprehensive site documents and daily logs, including: Personnel and companies working on site, Daily events, accomplishments, and incidents, Material usage, milestones, and schedule adherence, Documentation of any deficiencies or non-conformances

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance
