The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a quality assurance manager to lead the development, implementation and execution of a quality assurance process that allows for independent, objective assessments of underwriting skills and practices throughout Commercial Lines, Sales, etc.

Responsibilities
- help create, communicate, and guide execution of QA vision with the QA team, company stakeholders, etc.
- work closely with CLD & Sales leadership, including product owners, segment leaders, and the Underwriting Office to maintain effective understanding of priorities
- assess underwriting performance against defined standards and goals, such as regional plans and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
- identify opportunities for improvement, including service or quality gaps
- collaborate with underwriting associates and management on quality control results and action plans
- ensure continuous improvement in quality assurance processes and associate development
Other
- minimum of 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty underwriting or equivalent experience in quality assurance
- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
