PGLS is seeking to solve the problem of ensuring high-quality language services for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) under the Department of Justice (DOJ), by implementing quality standards and conducting performance audits.

- Familiarity with EOIR, DOJ, or other federal quality standards for language services.

Responsibilities
- Ensure interpreter services comply with DOJ EOIR standards for accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations, addressing any quality issues with corrective actions.
- Drive initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Lead training programs to ensure interpreters and staff meet EOIR standards.
- Document QA activities and provide quality reports to teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related client inquiries and feedback.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Language Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, language services, or interpretation/translation management, preferably in a legal or government setting.
- US. citizenship or permanent residency.
