DMI is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for federal programs, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and high standards of service delivery. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the QA strategy for federal contracts, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and the expectations of the federal government.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and managing QA processes and strategies for software or IT projects.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development
- Familiarity with government regulations, compliance, and security standards (e.g., , NIST)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy tailored to the specific requirements of federal contracts and programs.
- Establish quality assurance processes, procedures, and protocols that align with federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and other applicable standards.
- Ensure all projects and deliverables meet the required quality standards and performance metrics set by the federal client and contract specifications.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with federal regulations, standards, and policies.
- Lead the development and execution of internal audits, inspections, and assessments to measure the quality of service delivery and performance.
- Track and report on non-conformities and corrective actions, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to improve quality outcomes and minimize errors or defects.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information technology, or business administration) is often required.
- Certifications such as PMP or ITIL
- Strong leadership abilities to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions.
