Fidelity Investments is seeking a Quality Assurance Product Analyst to support the full product development lifecycle and ensure high-quality product delivery by gathering and documenting detailed front-end requirements, defining testing strategies, and executing product acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of development process
  • Demonstrated experience in writing clear, concise product documentation, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, business process modeling, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to lead discovery, facilitate workshops, and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or digital transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and operational standards

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain detailed requirements that meet the Definition of Ready
  • Collaborate with UX, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
  • Create detailed test plans and ensure clarity on acceptance criteria
  • Lead and execute End-to-End Business Acceptance Testing
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and document test outcomes
  • Support deployment readiness and post-release validation activities
  • Identify and document product and process improvement opportunities and share insights with the product team

Other

  • 10+ years of work experience in product analysis, business analysis, or digital transformation roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Motivated mindset with a sense of ownership
  • Ability to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
