Brink Constructors, Inc. needs QA/QC specialists to ensure electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects by addressing quality concerns and ensuring consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols is essential.
- Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality control processes
- Reviewing and updating quality documentation and procedures
- Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics
- Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation
Other
- Position requires 100% travel throughout the Midwest as a field based role
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
- Serves as main contact point for all field and subcontractors
- Reporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customer, additional teams as needed
- Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Collaboration is crucial in this role
- Valid, Active Driver’s License
- Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification
- Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field
