Kadlec Regional Medical Center is looking to improve patient care through clinical performance improvement activities and peer review by analyzing and reporting on patient outcome data.
Requirements
- Data abstraction experience
- Electronic medical records experience
- Software applications experience which includes Word Processing and Excel
- Research and statistics experience
Responsibilities
- abstracts, analyzes, collates, reports, maintains and presents information for outcomes for measured patient populations in support of clinical performance improvement activities and peer review
- Initiates clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring in collaboration with department staff, leadership and providers
- Works with the Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams in the medical center and outpatient settings to improve patient care
- remains an active member of applicable measure outcome committees
Other
- Associate's Degree - Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital acute care nursing unit.
- Bachelor’s Degree - Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution.
