INTUITIVE is seeking to solve the problem of providing high-quality products to the Warfighter by analyzing Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR) and identifying critical issues and systemic problems
Requirements
- strong technical analytical skills, including statistical analysis
- experience with the Army PQDR process
- knowledge and experience with quality audit procedures
Responsibilities
- provide expertise, recommendations, and direct support to numerous Army programs with a focus on analysis of Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR) to identify critical issues and systemic problems
- identify improvements, evaluate requirements compliance, and support resulting inspections and audits as required
- work side by side with Government personnel, contractors, and vendor representatives to ensure Army requirements are understood and verified leading to a high-quality product being delivered to the Warfighter
- perform periodic on-site surveillance inspections, quality assurance assessments, and briefings to program leadership and external stakeholders to help accomplish program objectives
- use statistical analysis to identify trends, evaluate quality procedures and plans, and properly assess root causes

- BS or BA degree
- 11+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years performing quality assurance related tasks
- some travel
- Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
