The QA Specialist position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and auditing of all documents related to repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
Requirements
- Prior experience with TMW (or similar transportation services software) desired but not required.
- Intermediate or above Microsoft Office proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Review all internal repair orders daily and cross reference purchase orders as needed
- Process, update and communicate changes to repair orders as needed
- Provide input on internal system set up and training of field employees for new customers/accounts requirements
- Reviewed and finalized work orders, consulting agreements according to the customer’s services contracts.
- Run accurate reports relating to repair orders, billing/invoicing and discrepancies as needed
- You will be trained and become an active user of our operating system (TMW and MTS)
Other
- Must have automotive knowledge type experience, be reliable, hard-working and take pride in work.
- Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner with a can-do attitude is a must.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar type of role; QA/admin support/ Automotive Knowledge/Service Write/Customer service environment.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service; customer driven approach and proven experience handling disputes and resolution
- Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills required
- High attention to detail
