King's Hawaiian is looking for a QA Supervisor to serve as a technical resource and shift leader for hourly QA personnel, focusing on developing, implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the effectiveness of plant food safety and QA systems. The role also involves assisting in quality improvements, sanitary design, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proficient with SAP, MS Teams, SharePoint, SAP, SPC, and other quality management systems.
- Proficient with Quality Management Programs (GFSI, FSMA, Allergens, GMPs, HACCP, etc.).
- PCQI-certified for Human Foods.
- Proficient verbal and technical writing skills; demonstrated ability to write effective QA procedures and technical reports.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Working knowledge of FMEA methods and principles.
- Proficient with RCA and risk assessment processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the plant in the areas of food safety and QA.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and provide training on plant food safety and QA programs.
- Investigate external and internal complaints.
- Conduct internal and supplier quality/food safety audits.
- Lead and complete CAPAs and RCAs.
- Develop and train on GLPs and calibration programs to ensure accurate lab results.
- Perform PCQI and HACCP reviews.

- Supervise, coach, train and develop hourly QA personnel.
- Develop work schedules for hourly QA personnel.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
