The company is looking to solve the problem of measuring and classifying rejected tires, including bulge and depressions, barcode no reads, and other rejected tires, to ensure quality production.
Requirements
- Able to learn and run a SOL machine.
- Perform bulge and depression checks manually.
- Able to classify and inspect tires according to QMD standards.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets, (MSDS)
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Associate's degree
- Operating machinery
Responsibilities
- Able to learn and run a SOL machine.
- Perform bulge and depression checks manually.
- Able to classify and inspect tires according to QMD standards.
- Notify appropriate personnel of scrap tires passed by 100% inspectors.
- Will be cross trained to perform all QA technician inspection jobs.
- Perform other duties as directed by the QA Supervisor, Chief Inspector or QA Manager.
- Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- Safety procedures/guidelines must be always adhered to, including safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
- New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
