Richardson Milling, a division of Richardson International, is looking to solve the problem of ensuring that products meet or exceed customer specifications through quality assurance testing.
Requirements
- Computer proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel is required.
- Experience in a quality assurance testing is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Gathers samples and analyzes finished product with respect to customer specifications and HACCP requirements.
- Identifies any non-conforming product and food safety issues and assists in the investigation of issues and recommendations.
- Completes multiple quality analysis tests.
- Communicates with operations staff regarding product quality and warehouse staff regarding approval details and lot coding.
- Maintains accurate documentation of analyzed product responsible for product approvals to ensure top quality products are shipped to customers
- Prepares marketing samples for shipment, making sure all information is properly labelled and carefully packed to avoid product damage.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the milling process, tests and equipment, and general laboratory operations.
