Requirements
- Basic Data Entry
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure
- HACCP Qualified
Responsibilities
- Checking of: Oven exit & finishing moisture, Salt contents, color, P.H., Count per pound, Breakage and length, Bag, label, case count and bag weight
- Metal detection checks as required
- Collection of samples for Micro Testing
- Completion of COA paperwork
- Pre-operational inspections of line
- Swabbing using ATP, AllerSnap, and AllerFlow swabs
- Enter test results into computer as required
Other
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 months related experience
- communication will be through phone, email, and text. Ensure you have access to a valid email address
- Post Offer Background Check and Drug screen required
- Adhering to all GMP’s, both personal and operational
