Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Conduct precise visual and dimensional inspections of incoming, in-process and finished parts using a variety of measuring tools and gauges, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify part dimensions and ensure compliance with customer or industry standards.
Accurately document inspection results, including measurements, deviations, and findings, and maintain detailed inspection records for quality assurance and traceability.
Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from specifications to the quality team and production staff.
Work with engineering and production to recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with the quality assurance, engineering, and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and ensure the highest level of product quality.
Ability to understand and identify Emtek’s approved finishes.
